2.2 These Terms, along with any referenced documents such as the Risk Warning Notice, Order Execution Policy, and Conflicts of Interest Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hoxton FX LTD (the “Agreement”).

2.3 These Terms govern our relationship with you. Specific product terms are detailed in the relevant schedules. You must read and agree to these Terms and the applicable schedules for the products you intend to trade.

2.4 In case of any inconsistency between a schedule and other provisions of these Terms, the schedule will prevail.

2.5 You are responsible for regularly reviewing our website for the current version of the Agreement. We reserve the right to amend these Terms as outlined in Clause 74.

2.6 These Terms supersede any previous agreements between you and us on the same subject matter and apply to all transactions under these Terms.

2.7 The Agreement becomes effective when you expressly agree to these Terms or when you access or use our services, which will be deemed as your acceptance of the Agreement.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Subject to these Terms, we provide non-advisory, non-management, and execution-only services, including electronic trading services, as described in Clause 15, and other services we may offer from time to time in relation to the products.

3.2 We reserve the right to decide which products to offer you, based on our Agreement, policies, and other factors at our sole discretion.

4. Risk Disclosures

4.1 Investments in derivative products, including rolling spot forex, carry a high degree of risk, as explained in our Risk Warning Notice available on our website. Our services are appropriate only for clients who are knowledgeable and experienced in the financial markets and the types of transactions and products described in these Terms.

4.2 By entering into these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you have the appropriate knowledge and experience to use our services, understand the risks involved, and have provided us with all necessary information to confirm the appropriateness of our services for you. If you are unsure about the suitability of our services, you should consult an independent adviser before proceeding.
